You do not have to go to save the image and take in to Kinko’s or the public library to enlarge and print it. You do not have to pay to get these patterns in some special format. Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Go to the webpage with a pattern you are planning to print.
  2. Click on the link to the .png file located in Pattern_image section below the embroidery preview. Make sure to enlarge the image if your browser displays a shrinked version.
  3. In your browser click File → Print or press Ctrl+P.
  4. In the new window that appears for printing settings click the Properties button.
  5. Find Poster Printing option in the printing properties and turn it on. At the same place choose the number of pages you prefer this particular cross stitching pattern to be printed on. (Poster printing option is available in all relatively modern printers and may be located in different sections of Properties menu for various printer types. For Hewlett Packard printers it is located in Finishing section.) See the image below.

6. Print.

For most patterns available at the website it will be enough to choose 2×2 sheets at Poster Printing settings. The cross stitching pattern printed on 4 sheets of A4 paper most people find large enough.
